Course Description
BSB Business Services Training Package, Release 2.0, 14 January 2016
Selection Criteria
Students must have completed Year 12 or equivalent and;
Be at least 18 years old at the time of course commencement;
Students will also need to bring an electronic device for the purposes of research and completing in class activities;
Completion of the Certificate IV in Business, or vocational experience in a range of work environments in senior support roles is preferred.
